Did you know that certain varieties of Hosta have sizable AND fragrant flowers? I did not until recently.

It took me many years to be open to having Hosta. I am not typically crazy about very large leaved anything (which is what Hostas are known for). But, over time, I began to look at them as dust ruffles for trees and other objects shading the ground. And when you can find ones that have these flowers and this lovely (almost spicy) fragrance, it is a wonderful treat!
